Shipping Policy:
Products in stock are shipped the same day when the order is received before noon. When not in stock, the products may take up to 7 days to be processed. I will always keep you inform on the status of your order. I offer Free Shipping on orders totalling more than $75.00. Free shipping is only good within the Continental United States.

Returns Policy:
Products must be return to us unopened within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Call us at 1-888-620-3035 or email us at returns@thenaturalhealingplace.com to obtain a return authorization.

Backorders
While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. Long term back orders will not be filled, and must be reordered.
